Workout One done for the day, 30 minutes of cardio on the bike. Workout Two is scheduled for 9pm, another 30 minutes of cardio on the bike. In between, housework, clean out the car, and a little bit of money-making work. Can't ask for much better than that unless I was sitting at the pool with a cabana boy fanning me!
