I have pick myself up and started a new day with positive thoughts.

Today am feeling confused. Trying to keep my mind focus on the goal, I decided to start my weight loss jornary now and not later so I will not be completely shock when I have my surgery, but right now am feeling like is it worth it. I know it is so I will be pushing myself to go to the gym tonight.

All pre testing is complete and have one more weight management, my sugery look like it will be first week in dec. I thank jesus for this chance to be fit and health.
