Lots of AWESOME stories here....... Congrats to all of you..... reminder, you will continue to lose weight in year 2, if you are following the Dr's orders. Don't rely so much on that ONE EYED MONSTER, by that I mean the SCALE. you will not lose a #, but you may lose a size or two, just like many on here have testified to. I stopped weighing towards the end, I got so discouraged, thinking, is this all I am going to lose.........I would hang at certain points what seemed like FOREVER!..... YOu will lose it, just do what you know you should do............again, congrats to all of you losers...........your doing an AWESOME JOB!!! Ü

Seriously....ask yourself the question........ would you RATHER be FAT with the SKIN ROLLS all over your body?????? OOOOOORRRRRRRRRR would you rather have THINNER HAIR........ AND NO ROLLSSSSSSSS OF FFFFFAAAAATTTT???????? THE HAIR............ WILL GROW BACK........and you will notice it more than anyone else................ Drink your water; and take ur vitamins.......... do what your DR told you to do.............. take one day at a time, do what you were told BEFORE the surgery....... if you DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES, YOU WILL FAILLLL; and YOU WILL ONLY HAVE YOU TO BLAME!!!!!!!!! ROCK THAT SLEEVE, DRINK THAT WATER, AND STAY AWAY FROM WHAT YOU WERE TOLD!!!!!!!.................... IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE IT WORK!!!!!

When I had my surgery I THOUGHT I would keep it to myself........BUT afterwards... I thought If I could help anyone in my shoes I would be happy to. Today almost 2 years later, I have had 2 people I work with come to me, and say,,,,,,,,,,, THANK YOU............ I have watched you.......... I went to your DR and am scheduled for the surgery...........it brought tears to my eyes.........I PROUDLY told them If I can help you please let me know, here is what to expect from the Dr's office, the NUT, the evaluation, they said I have watched you and you are amazing!!!!..............BEST compliment I could have had......... I am there to help ANYONE............and ALL........... if you do the same think how many people we can help! SHOUT it, that you had a life saving surgery!!!! I had a conversation with a man today, he said, you have lost a lot a weight since I seen you last, I said yes........ and we chatted about food,........ he said you look really good............I said thank you......and later in conversation I said...........I had weight loss surgery, he said SO WHAT......you DID It!!!!.......... you look wonderful.............we talked more Protein............ protein.........protein......... once again you look good, congrats.............now this was a 20 year old kid, telling me a 55+ women............ that I look good, and congrats!!!!! He made my day! So don't try to hide your surgery, unless for some reason you have to, you MAY help someone that you may not even know is watching you.................

I went to hospital today after work... to check on FRIEND, that had surgery............ He looked up from bed after surgery to give me HIGH 5.......... wife said she is why he did this........ I have warned him of all the steps for next few days............ he will be so happy he did it.... and I am here to support HIM..... I look at is as SAVED ANOTHER LIFE!.......................

Tomorrow is surgery day for one of my friends. I know it is best thing for him... will check on him tomorrow after work............. the BEST thing he has DONE for HIM........... and I will be there for HIM!!!!! tell ALL your friends, you may save someones life!!!!!

Do not worry about the loose skin yet..... you will be amazed if you work out that the skin WILL shrink..... but you have to work it...... NOTHING COMES FREEEEEEEEEEEE Ü

you have had the surgery, YOU have to do what is RIGHT FOR YOU!... everyone is differant. I know people that had the surgery, came home and ate dumplings............ Is that right for ME,........HELL NO...... they are the ones that have to live with THEIR choices!!!.......... you CHOOSE what is RIGHT FOR YOU!.... there are always people to badmouth us, the ones that are doing RIGHT FOR US!!!!!!!............ they are the ones suffering just looking for SOMEONE to BLAME!... do what is right for you, and we will be reading about YOU.......in the months to come and your successes~! ROCK THAT SLEEVE~~~~

Anonl, Keep your long hair unless you just WANT to donate it..... you will not go bald...... you will lose what YOU think is ALOT of hair........NO ONE ELSE will notice it........ the loss is just from the anesthesia, and weight loss and the stress on your body. YOU will notice it, MOST others WILL NOT!...... it is a natural result from the shock we have put our bodies thru...... take your Vitamins........ eat your Protein...... vacuum up the hair and fret not, IT WILL GROW BACK!. YOU have to do what is RIGHT FOR YOU, IF you want to wait until AFTER the surgery when you are feeling great and losing weight, THEN WAIT!!! Do not tell anyone..... there will always be naysayers....... Today I found out one of our male friends, almost 420 is having the surgery on June4... I am so excited for him, and he KNOWS he can come to me with ?????? after the surgery!.. So if you do NOT WANT tell until after you can show others the outcome,.. keep your piehole shut until you are ready for the ?????? my "family" Bro and Sis, still do not know after almost 2 years, when I go home I will tell them what I did, that way I can explain..........Hey I am healthy I am fine, I am not a diabetic unlike most of you............. maybe I can inspire some of them! Ü

I waited till AFTER I had mine also, I didn't want to hear everyone tell me what I should or should not do. DO what is right for YOU!

YOU deserve MUCH Better than this bum can ever give you! He has surely showed you he is not interested in you. Only giving you misery~! DUMP HIM! BEFORE he does you! He obviously loves to hurt you mentally! we are here to support YOU!

We should ALL, be very careful what and how much we eat.... I know people that have had the surgery that it blows my mind what THEY eat, the amount...... I am responsible for ME.... they can do what they choose, if they blow it......so be it......I will walk on proudly........... and hold my head up. She is only trying to pass out the info she has been given, don't try to beat her up for passing the words. IF you want to eat popcorn EAT IT. We are all different, and we all follow different rules.

Four days out.......... drink your LIQUIDS....you should NOT even be thinking about FOOD right now................. only LIQUIDS!!!!!!!!!!!. DO NOT try to satisfy with FOOD!!!! fill yourself with LIQUIDS........ Give yourself a few WEEKS>........... YOU are NOT HUNGRY,.. you will have to MAKE yourself eat....... literally....in the months ahead.......... you have to keep something in your stomach OR YOU WILL get ULCERS!!!!..........LATER.. Make yourself eat something, no matter how small........ to COAT your stomach.............. CHOBANI yogurt is the best!!!!! but you have to eat it all... best of luck to you

OK... what would you rather have??? FAT rolls of it.... OR LESS hair........which you CAN HIDE......and you probably see more of it than ANYONE ELSE.... quit sweating the SMALL STUFF.............. ENJOY LIFE............... and your NEW BODY!!!! the HAIR will GROW BACK!!! IF you do what you know you need to do........

My PCP told me I was being PROActive.......... where before I was on highblood pressure meds. and now I am on "NOTHING" BUT LIFE!.....and loving every minute of it.............. we all know the "STARS" get all the freaking attention, they can be married a month or 40 times and yet "EVERYONE LOVES" and follows them...........NOT ME............. YOU ROCK LI

This is the funniest post I have read in a LONG time!!! Tho I am sure it is not fun to the newbies....... This too shall pass.... yes, you will lose hair, you were told that before the surgery..... yes you need to get in your protein and vitamins........ yet you will still lose hair..... my hair is very thick. So I lost probably a third of it........but it is all coming back, and I get compliments ALL the time, how pretty my hair is........... fret not, WORRY MAKES YOUR HAIR FALL OUT WORSE!!!! .............. so stop worrying, and you will LOSE LESS! IT will come back!

a TBSP of lemon flavored COD liver oil, and ANYTHING in you will COME OUT! try it.... and it is NOT PAINFUL, nor does it taste bad................Ü
