  1. Last night I was trending my weight loss. June wasn't a very good month, successful yes, but lost only 4lbs. This month have lost 3lbs so far. Trying to look at it with a positive outlook. Yay for loses! But I can do better and I know it.

  2. After 3 months of taking several vacations I am finally re focusing back at home. Went grocery shopping, protein packed.

  3. I was so preoccupied with my scans on Monday, that I left a load of clothes at the laundry mat. Today I can think better because I got good news yesterday. That I remembered I left a load at the laundry mat, thank god they were there! 2 days later!!!

  4. Scans are Negative woohoo!

  5. Wish me luck on my scans. Off I go, entertainment on board and ready for a long day at the doctors!

  6. Napped after work. Mani/Pedi/waxed Eybrows done! Massage done! Now laundry ugh but must be done.

  7. Going for my Cancer Check Up Scans tomorrow, please pray everything is negative.

  13. On my way to the airport, heading back to Cali. Sad that my vacation went by so fast. I will be homesick for sure! Not looking forward to working the next couple of nights in a row and starting a new class this week. Gonna miss my family.

  19. Stressed. I know I can do this. Just have to get use to being back in school. Trying to juggle work, school, fitness and health. Can't imagine the stress if I were to add kiddos. Kudos to all moms!

  22. Eating less may actually improve your memory. In a recent study people who cut their calories by 30% improved their memory performance by 20%. Researchers suspect that cutting calories reduces brain insulin levels and inflammation, which, in turn, helps brain function..... Just some food for thought :-)
