Done working my 3/3 12 hr nursing graveyard shift. Goodnight everyone! Have to wake up in a couple of hours to do school work. I hope these next 2.5 years go quickly. Why did I sign up for my Master's again???

Last night I was trending my weight loss. June wasn't a very good month, successful yes, but lost only 4lbs. This month have lost 3lbs so far. Trying to look at it with a positive outlook. Yay for loses! But I can do better and I know it.

Post Op Day 6: Nauseous all day. Zofran please work soon!! Happy Valentines Day everyone! Staying in today with the BF. Movies tomorrow.

Had surgery yesterday 2/8. Discharged today. Tons of gas pain, uncomfortable and trying to down clears/ protein.

Bought a pair of size 8/10 Lucky Brand jeans at Costco for $29.00. These are my current "goal" jeans. By mid September I am hoping.

Gained some weight 3lbs, last Kaiser Options Class is this week. Need to lose 6lbs for my 10% goal prior to surgeon appt (date TBA) I need to FOCUS

Off to work I go. Barely had time to eat or drink for 12hrs last night. NOT GOOD. Hope tonight my patients are stable so that I can stabilize my eating/drinking

Stressed. I know I can do this. Just have to get use to being back in school. Trying to juggle work, school, fitness and health. Can't imagine the stress if I were to add kiddos. Kudos to all moms!

Two of my incisions are angry and red. Having pain above my incisions when I move a certain way. Calling surgeon in the Morning. Praying everything is ok
