  12. Been sipping protein/liquids all day. I know we are suppose to but is this ok? I feel like its a lot. Still not at protein goal though, just feel like I am always drinking something.

  16. Done working my 3/3 12 hr nursing graveyard shift. Goodnight everyone! Have to wake up in a couple of hours to do school work. I hope these next 2.5 years go quickly. Why did I sign up for my Master's again???

  20. Eating less may actually improve your memory. In a recent study people who cut their calories by 30% improved their memory performance by 20%. Researchers suspect that cutting calories reduces brain insulin levels and inflammation, which, in turn, helps brain function..... Just some food for thought :-)
