After getting a small fill, almost a year since my last one... I felt that I was on track again. Took a road trip and have hardly kept anything down in almost 10 days. Acid reflux is terrible, drowning in my saliva (back to cpap machine at night) horrible feeling that I have a chunk stuck in my throat. Time to admit i need help and get some of this fluid taken out... I might be starting over, but better than feeling this way.

2 years out, since I got my groovy band accessory... (I tell my grandkids that its a cool accessory,so that I don't freak them out too bad). I had lost 50 lbs.. gained about 10 lbs back... After a pep talk by another surgeon and my fill nurse, I'm back with the program and have lost about 4 lbs. in about 2 weeks. I had a lap band partner, but we no longer speak... so i am sort of soloing on this journey. No one really understands or was very supportive about it until I lost some weig...

I've been a member since 2010, actually... I just keep losing and or forgetting my login info...lol
