I'm decided, I'm mentally ready, but I have to wait. All records are with the insurance company right now. I have lost weight since this whole process atarted and people keep saying, why have the surgery? you can loose more on your own. But I've been there and done that more times than I care to remember. I want the weight off and I want to keep it off.

Just had a small fill after nine months. Struggling with "new" stats on Lapband success. Have been at a plateau for 6 months, yet my clothe size has gone down. Need to reconnect.

So I did finally get downstairs to the computer. Still a bit down, so to speak. And unusually hungry. I've been doing fine with the three meals a day, getting enough protein, drinking much water - but today is different.

How are you doing?

I'm still here. I just don't get on the computer that often. Mostly I use my iPhone App to read the posts, but that doesn't show me the messages. I mostly watch the September 2011 Bandsters POST-op discussion now.

I'm doing OK. A bit down today and having trouble getting things done. I think it is unrelated to the surgery, unless its just the 'not enough ener...

Do you have a surgery date yet? Mine is Sept. 19.
