Goodbye 260's!! 9 pounds away from my goal I set last Christmas to lose 100 over the course of the year.

Had to break down and buy shorts last night. One I have are like 5 sizes too big. Went to Walmart and tried on the largest size they had 48. Too big. End up with 42!! Down 10 pant sizes

My last follow up with the Band Clinic was in April. I am down 47 pounds since then. Averaging 11.5 per month. Still waiting for the bottom to drop out and really slow down.

I had the nastiest stuck episode last night. Over cooked my chicken and it was dry. Took me an hour to clear it. Slime city anyone?

Write a letter to your future self. I wish I had done that. I do like to go back and read my old posts. It helps me appreciate my journey even more!!

Stalling out....lost 3 pounds this past month. Oh well I will keep pressing on cause it needs to happen.

200lb loss mark is still toying with me after about two weeks now. Two lousy pounds is all I want then the rest is gravy.
