I don't work yet. I took care of my mother for three years until she passed away in March and have been so busy doing probate and dealing with her stuff, I don't have time to work, too!

Well, housework consists of doing five minutes of stuff and then sitting down for half an hour, drinking water or protein. I took my first walk since I have been home yesterday and came back sooner than I thought I would. I live in the country and the surfaces are so rough, even in my yard, I am afraid of going out and falling on my butt and busting my stitches!

I did manage to unpack two suitcases, do a load of laundry and sweep the house the day after I got home (5 days out)

So, how are you doing? I feel great except the incision sites are driving me crazy! I am as anxious to get rid of the steri-strips as I was the tape from the pain pump!

I had very little pain and haven't had any gas that hasn't had an exit option and thankfully no nausea! I had plenty of energy too, until the 10 hour drive home. I am just today getting my energy back - sheesh. I haven't done a lot of walking but I have been doing copious amounts of housework. I tried to get the housework caught up before I left but just had so many other things to do.
