I was also sleeved Mon Nov 5th so far getting 81 proteins a day using isopure water which has 40 grams plus my shake and Greek yogurt. My Dr told me about the isopure not to bad tasting at least it helps to get the protein in -

No problem guess I'm lucky had bm day after surgery . I always did what the nurses said walk walk walk and will move on out and it worked for me. -
