Almost there

Oh my gosh, I am so sorry, I didn't realize how awful my message sounded. The shoveling wasn't meant to be offensive but even I took it that way. Very poor choice of words.... they continued to eat without conversation which made it very difficult for me to wait long enough between my bites but it's all a learning experience and of course I'm still learning.

OMG, eating out is my worst experience, I just can't seem to eat slow enough unless I'm with my other friends who have had the sleeve or lap band procedure. Even eating at family functions and everyone is shoveling the food in, I'm sitting there with my fork down watching everyone because no one is talking.

New to this site. Still trying to figure out how to engage in conversations.
