I hate to do this because I'm worried it's going to set me back and I'll be hungry all the time again. I'm so disappointed, I need restriction or else I'm going to put the weight back on. Hi there! I'm 2 years banded and have had to have 1 unfill. I only gained about 5 pounds but I still felt restriction. Not sure how much you have in your band but just taking out 1/4 or 1/2 cc makes a big difference. Good luck! ???€
