Well, I am losing about 2.5 lbs a week. I am really happy with that. I started at 272 and now am firmly at 238. I cannot tell you how many inches are gone, but a lot. I was a size 22 now a 16. I had to trade in my 44 bra for a 40. I have never had any pain or problems and my restriction is wonderful. good luck with your choice. let me know if I can answer any other questions.
