I am doing the same and get tired and a headache too, maybe the body is detoxing itself? I am having surgery on next Wed. Looking forward to getting this behind me!

I had my preop visit yesterday and the count down is on for Wed. After reading over all that paper work, doing all the test, I almost changed my mind. I have been hungry on this liquid diet and it is not fun! I keep telling myself, I have come to far to turn back but I am getting nervous. Since I started the liquid diet I have lost 6 pound since Monday, I am sure it all water, but I do get hungry and miss eating. We are going to the beach tomorrow and staying down there, any suggestions of creative ideas? I did find out that Smoothie King sells a good protein drink called the Gladiator, it is very good, but expenise, 7 dollars for a med. but well worth it. I hope my liver is shrinking!
