This group is amazing! I stumbled on it today and have been blown away. to have this community is great and especially the mens section. We have different portions, different needs and our bodies act different. It's wonderful to have other guys who understand exactly what's goin on!

...22 and banded in april. It's a crazy ride but i'm so thankful i'm on it
