I think that sending the letter and pics will help a great deal!!! There is alot of info on here that people give to help with writing a good appeal letter. Check those out and other forums as well such as OH for more info. I will keep my fingers crossed!!! Good Luck!

It was a pretty complicated journey for me as well. I think i was denied 2 maybe even 3 times. I can PM you in a lil bit and we can talk more and hopefully I can help.
