Please recommend an unflavored protein powder
I use the isopure unflavored protein. Mix it in flavored drinks. Taste great. Found it at the vitamin shoppe.

5 days post-op and I feel like a champ!
Was sleeved in the 29th. I thought this journey was going to be so hard in the beginning but it's been so opposite. The pain and gas is slowly going away and I've had no issues sipping and taking in all my nutrients. So thankful to God that he allowed me to be on this journey. This 2015 is going to bring me lots of happiness and a husband!! Haha lol.

week 1 post op weight loss...
Congratulations! I was 213 when I went in and now I'm 201 This morning and it's only been 5 days. I'm sure it's all water weight but we have to keep up with our proteins and vitamins so our body gets all the nutrients it needs. Good luck on your journey!

December 29, 2014 sleevers
I will be returning on Tuesday. I'm off of all the pain meds but lose my breath from time to time from walking. I have a very stressful job that requires me to be up and down walking from meeting to meeting. I can't afford to strain myself. We must be strong women to be able to go back so soon. I've seen others who are off for weeks or months. Good luck!! ????????????????

what to order in a restaurant.. Should I even go?
I would stick to soups. Don't let all the other food get in the way of your goal.

Help. Sleeve was Monday. Feel like crap
I had my procedure same day as you. The pain is normal. Try to let yourself to burp out every time you sip. Get use to it and it will make you feel better. I even pushed my chest a little and made the burp come out longer. When liquid goes down it make the air come up. Just keep taking in small sips. I've been taking in tea and ispopure clear protein. They both go down smoother. I hope it gets better for you. Our great future is ahead of us. ????????

December 29, 2014 sleevers
December 29th sleever here! So far all has been good. Doing my best to work with my body on getting rid of gas. I'm burping a lot which is another good sign. Walking a lot in my apartment since it's too cold to walk outside. I have not been nauseous at all since leaving the hospital. Just having good mental positivity has helped me the last three days.

December 29th sleeve date!
Really excited and nervous about Monday. I chose to stay home for Christmas this year so I wouldn't be around food since I'm on liquids. Best decision.
