SW 283 CW 213 GW 199 14lbs to go!!!

I don't know, but sure gonna give a whirl!!!!! I was on vacation last week and lost two pounds. I have another weeks vacation starting on 6/19-25 and then 6/29-7/4. So we will see!!!! Hoping and working!!!!

4 months and 2 1/2 weeks out and 70lbs lighter. I am not complaining!!!! Praise the Lord!

JUST AN FYI, I HAD MY YEARLY MAMMOGRAM. THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD CALL IF ANYTHING WAS ABNORMAL. WELL THEY CALLED THE NEXT DAY AND OF COURSE I WAS NERVOUS BUT DID NOT PANIC, BECAUSE I KNEW I HAD LOST 68LBS AND SURE ENOUGH, THE LOOSE SKIN ON MY BREAST CAUSED ALOT OF SKIN FOLDS WHICH LOOK LIKE TUMOR SPOTS ON CAMARA. AFTER FURTHER TESTING THEY REALIZED THAT THEY WERE SKIN FOLDS FROM THE EXCESS SKIN, SO JUST TAKE NOTE WOMEN OVER 40 OR THOSE REQUIRED TO GET EARLY EXAMS SO IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU THIS COULD BE THE PROBLEM! PRAISE GOD ANY HOW!!

We have exactly one month! LEGGO!

I am going to a conference in San Francisco, called Women, food and God. Hopefully this helps me with the feeling that come with loosing weight! Now I feel I have to compete with Fat and Skinny people!

Thank God we can start all over!! I vomited for the first time today because of this freaking holiday! I guess I got to excited! It is very scary to me that I still see the same me after loosing 68 lbs, but I need to recognize I am doing this. You know when you have been overweight since birth sometimes its hard to see yourself any other way, when people compliment me and because they have only known me to be one way only it scary and I am sure failure is apart of that! I have never like throwing up and it made me feel horrible today and like a failure. I will survive this, we all will! God Bless you all and thanks for listening.

Everyone on this challenge please pray for me, I am having alot of stress this week and went back to some old habits this week. The scale went up three pounds and I definitely know why! Saturday is a new start! God didn't bring me this far to leave and nor did my sleeve! Thanks for any support! Have a great weekend!

Maybe sad to say, but I do not count calories. I stick to the plan of eating Protein with each meal, 2 veggies and 2 fruits, and some kind of dairy which if I do cheese counts for dairy and protein. I am 3 and 1/2 months out and have lost 63 pounds. But I do lift weights three times a week, and do cardio at least 6 times a week. Have a blessed day!

Hey newmetolive4 , I've never met anyone else with the name Nichelle. So very cool. It's not acutally my first name it's my middle name. Nicole Nichelle, most people spell it wrong or think its Michelle especially because it's a middle name I guess.

Yea, I think I know one other Nichelle. That is my first name but I have always gone by Niki. But it is very nice to meet you, let's make this July 4th goal!

I am going to start my race today May 8; that gives me 8 weeks. I just had surgery so I feel I should have some good weight loss in the begining. I am thinking 4lbs a week isn't a bad goal, what do you think? I guess go big and strive hard, that's all I can do.

You've had a lot of good advise here...

I have two goal weights in mind; my surgeons is my first... he wants me to lose 84lb. That get me to a higher BMI but under the 30 marker, so still 'overweight'. My second goal is my ultimate goal of 102lb that will get me to a BMI of 24.9 and a weight of 136. I am 5 2 also.

However, in saying that I am currently 179lb and I feel great! I am starting to 'feel' that I look better and I certainly have more energy and a fitter body than Ihave had in years.

The moral of the story is that the figures we are given are good as motivators but what matters most, to me anyway, is how I feel...

This helps, weighing 230 now, I feel good but really looking forward to wonderland now! I guess the more I loose I will figure this all out! When I look at the girls on the biggest looser they are about 160ish and I say they look great! I will share as i continue to loose.

Everybody makes mistakes. Stop beating yourself up about it and get back on the wagon. If you fall victim to the defeatist attitude, you'll just set yourself up for more failure. YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
