I think the cold weather is making my port site hurt

We have almost identical stats but I notice you have only 4 ccs. Is that still what you have, b/c I am up to 5.5 in a 10cc band and I still don't think I am tight enough. I am only down to 189 and you had surgery only a few weeks before me. Are you following all the rules like only eating three times and making sure you have your protein limit? Maybe i am just not following all my rules.
