Only 8 more lbs until I hit my Labor Day goal! I totally think I can do that, especially with my pre-op liquid diet which I am starting in 10 days.

Aw, thank you that is such a great compliment. I really like to see the silver lining. Life is way too short to be caught up in the negative. Again congrats on hearing back on the sleep apnea test and moving forward on your journey! I know you will make this happen or keep on pushing til you do.

Haha, I feel like I am on liquids after this stomach virus/food poisoning thing. Egg drop soup and Vitamin Water Zero for me! My poor tummy.

Food poisoning sucks, and it"s not particularly the best way to lose weight.

Aw, no problem, lady. We are all on the same boat here, hoping to have a better and healthier life. I just know how much August 4th means to me, so I wanted to make sure it was a good day for you too. Yeah, sometimes, our friends and family don't really know exactly HOW MUCH this really means to us. I am glad everything went okay, and I hope you hear back from your insurance soon!

I've lost 11% of my excess body weight, and I only have 1 more month left in the 6MPSWL! I am getting so excited!

All my paperwork is ready for submission to insurance except for the 6MPSWL. Can't wait until August 4th!

Not really losing weight before surgery even though I am maintaining about 1300 or less calories a day. I'm getting kind of down.

I had a bad day, and ate more than I should. But you know what? I've been doing really good, and bad days happen. Tomorrow is another starting point!

I hate when I buy Low Carb Fudge Bars. I want one every day. Not conducive to losing weight... :/

Getting active is really becoming a habit! I love it!

Awesome, how long will the process be before you are approved? I am doing a summer program at the College of Pharmacy to get research experience. I'm excited, just have to figure out a good excuse to get to my PSWL appointments.

Lol, they are! That is ridic. Guess, it is going to be an awesome 22nd b-day for us both! Oh, I am getting on my plane June 5th for Ann Arbor and I will be staying in the UMich dorms. I am really excited. What about you? Your appointment is June 6th, right?
