  1. Ohhhhhh my peeps! Not to be a downer but PLEASE TRY AND LOSE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE BEFORE SURGERY! You WON'T REGRET IT! I too went a little loca and gained some weight after my options class between April and June and went from 216 to 221. Then got down to 204 the day of surgery from June to August. IT WAS NOT EASY but SO WORTH IT! If I had not lost weight prior to surgery I would not have made my goal. You will definitely still lose, but it can totally make the difference in where you want to end up...HUGS TO ALL!
  2. Ya know even as a big mama I was always freezing LOL! I think the main con for me, is not being able to drink with my mini meals ...yup I think that's really it for me.

  16. I'm so happy to see that 1-5 lbs. (so far) is what seems to be weight gained for a sleeve patient. I am 14 months out and I'm still in that category as well. After Thanksgiving I lost any weight ever gained and actually dropped an additional .4 and dropped to 144.3, so far, so good...yayyyy! Thank you sleevie!
