Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte Has Protein? Who Knew?
Girrl you sound like me! I love my fraps. I was kinda hoping my taste buds for fraps didn't return since it is quite expensive. I calculate I spend around $1,600 a year YIKES!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's for 1 a day. But I do not buy lunch and take left overs everyday, therefore I feel I can make the expense.

Starbucks Skinny Vanilla Latte Has Protein? Who Knew?
I have a venti caramel frapaccino light every morning. Recently I just started having venti peppermint white mocha frapaccino lights too. If I get one in the evening they are usually a grande. Sometimes a venti. My surgeon said I could drink them after surgery, but my taste buds were totally out of wack, that was a sad time lol. Eventually they returned and all was well lol!

While at Starbucks this morning someone walked up to me and said has anyone ever told you, you look exactly like this executive chef in NYC? I said uh no. And they said well you do. I said well I will have to look her up. As soon as I got to work I looked this chef up and I don't really think I look like her, but what really got me was that she is 11 years younger than me and FOR me to be compared to someone that young was AWESOME!!!! It MADE MY DAY :smile1:. Sleevie has not only improved my health but has literally taken YEARS off of me :smile1:! YAYYYYYYYYYYYY

Losing Weight Prior To Gastric Sleeve Surgery Is Worth It!
By the way, my BMI was 33 day of surgery, and was still able to have the surgery. But with that said, PLEASE BE SURE TO ASK YOUR DR WHY you should NOT LOSE WEIGHT. Maybe with your surgeon/insurance/clause they WON'T do the surgery (????) and I would hate for that to happen...I'm interested to see what they say.

Losing Weight Prior To Gastric Sleeve Surgery Is Worth It!
Right! The sleeve is a TOOL. It will take you so far. I really wish I could have ate all I wanted before and not worried about losing anything and got the same results I have now, but I'm glad I didn't take that chance

Losing Weight Prior To Gastric Sleeve Surgery Is Worth It!
Wow! I also had a BMI of 35 when my surgeon asked me to try and lose additional weight before surgery...I wonder why your surgeon would say that. I really think it can only help you in the end.

What Is The Time Frame Of Gastric Sleeve Growth Again?
Do you think it matters on the size of the sleeve as well? I have pretty good restriction at 15 months out and I think I was a 34.

Losing Weight Prior To Gastric Sleeve Surgery Is Worth It!
Hi pre-sleevers! I just wanted to encourage all of you to LOSE as much as you can now before your sleeve! These were the same words my surgeon spoke to me and it was the best thing I could have done prior to surgery. I have lost a total of 90 lbs. from my peak weight. I lost 30 lbs. prior to my sleeve. If I had not lost weight prior to surgery, I would not have reached my goal (normal BMI). MOST IMPORTANTLY, I would still be having serious knee pain, since I did not really stop having knee pain until I reached under 170 lbs. I wish you all the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! And I'm rooting for YOU :Banane55:  Sophia

Tummy Tuck...have You Had One?
You are right! I agree about waiting at least a year. As I stated in another post, my skin is actually rebounding and maybe with more time it will even get better (fingers crossed). I made my normal BMI weight goal May 2011 so I have 6 more months to make 1 year out to see how everything looks. If I would only get my butt moving and shaking it would probably help as well ugh.

My Bad Habits Are....
Initially I did exercise to get to goal. It's really mostly all sleevie I tell you. I just can't eat a lot, even if I want to. Last night we ate at El Pollo Loco for dinner and I literally had 1/2 of 1/2 of a spicy chipotle burrito. And that's all I could eat. Later I had a peppermint white mocha frap light and that was it for the night. Last night I did walk a lot, shopping at various stores. I do eat sweets (to maintain). But not everyday like I was doing so I wouldn't drop anymore and that goes down super easy. I don't get it, but I'm not complaining. It's truly truly truly a miracle tool for me.
