  1. HOLY MOLY! You look GREAT! Congrats sweetie!!!!
  2. Sleevie LOVES candy, chips, popcorn, donuts aka slider foods...I can eat these with NO problems. The only thing sleevie DOES NOT LIKE IS WHITE BREAD, like dinner rolls. I had one roll during Thanksgiving time and it seemed ok but then I tried eating some bread before dinner the other night (at Coco's) and OUCH! I felt so sick the rest of the night. I could literally feel it sitting in sleevie and causes pain. No more rolls for me
  3. THANK YOU JESUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And I LOVE December Diva Sleever
  4. I wait 30 minutes before or after. My sleevie hurts if I drink sooner than the 30 minutes.
  5. I showed this post to my hubby and was going to answer that my hubby has always loved me and found me attractive and sexy, and never made me feel bad about being fat, but he does seem more affectionate more than ever...He said that's not true, in fact you are the one that has changed! Say what??? I didn't realize it until he said that. He said that I'm happier now and more confident, and secure, now that I'm thin. He said he remembers several times where I would complain about not finding something to wear to a wedding or party and be miserable. That is true. So I guess because I've changed it seems I can be free to enjoy my hubby's love and affection in a deeper way without all the hangups that come with being insecure with myself. I believe it now...interesting.
  6. Sweeeet! That's my goal next year
  7. CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ONEDERLAND is a great victory
  8. I use to play Dance Central all the time (last Christmas) and got a pretty good work out playing with my kids. I need a new game to get back in the groove.
  9. Yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy Awesome! Congrats!!!!!
  10. My hair has always been thin too ...seems thinner now, but WAAAY better than it was. My sleeve sister YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN ANY VITAMINS THIS WHOLE TIME????? OMGOSH! How are your levels??? I stopped for a little while and I'm having the HARDEST TIME getting my dumb Ferritn levels back to normal...How's your blood work been???
  11. YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! CONGRATS! You look beautiful Happy Birthday as well. Don't stress about maintenance. I've been here since May and so far, so good. ENJOY THE JOURNEY
  12. I was not taking any shots before sleevie, but I just wanted to say hello and welcome
  13. I used a straw pretty much right away. My surgeon just said not to suck up any air at the end of the drink, and it was like duh LOL, and let me tell you that helped me to drink up and stay hydrated.
  14. I can say the sleeve does work. But not the same for everyone. Some make it to having a normal BMI where others don't. Some lose 50 lbs.or more lbs. and some lose 100 or more lbs. It really just depends. I'm not sure why it works this way but it does. But from what I can tell 99% of people are happy with whatever their results are. And they feel/look better than before. And that's truly what matters.
  15. There are times when I force myself to stop and eat, only because I'm busy running around and I'm not hungry. I do get a headache or feel light headed and that's not good. On another note, I really do believe in order to lose weight you have to feed your body. Or it will hold on to everything you put in your mouth.
  16. I had a terrible time post op....sooooo weak. So I totally feel you right now. I felt normal on day 14. It will get better. And it's soooooo worth it
  17. YEEEEEESSSSSS! LOL! But it's pretty much back now so worth it!
  18. Geez, I hope it's not true...or I'm in trouble. And I'm not giving up my Starbucks or diet pepsi LOL
  19. You sound great! Congrats!!!!!!!!!
