wow, i am turning another year tomorrow. glad i decided to be banded. it's been 7 months and i am down 55lbs trying to get out of the 200's but these 3lbs will not turn me loose. anyone with uggestions please advise.

i am 210 lbs and have been that weight for 4 weeks. i have 7cc in my band i have a pretty good restiction. any suggestions on how to get the weight loss started again. surgery was july 28th 2011 and i have lost about 50 lbs. any suggestions?

Officially apart of the "bandwagon" and i feel pretty good. moderate to m ild gas, which is not relieved by walking. Other than that i feel good and excited about what the future has in store.
