thank you for all your kind comments, i am blown away by the response.
i still have some issues with all this
i really do have a tough time some days believing that i have lost much, if anything, and still see <in my mind> the rounder figure....
dysmorphia - is another part of the journey i guess some of us face.
my dog is rather splendid isnt he
...i am very proud of him, he is also a therapy dog, visiting hospitals and schools, and we are in a drill team giving displays and parades http://azgddrillteam.com - we do agility, obedience, rally o, carting and i am really wanting to learn tracking...
thanks once more

Hi
I am in Boulder Creek off HWY 9. I havent been able to attend any support meetings in SFO or San Jose, travelling has proven problematical, but I would dearly love to be able to find a group or other people 'this' side of HWY 17
Anyone ??
I was banded 03/19/03

Hi
I was banded 19 March 03, and to date lost 43 pounds.
Never did i imagine i could do this.
I have currently had 2 fills, both conservative that now bring me to 1.5cc
I have ad a great mentor in Malcolm from Oz, who has called me almost daily most certainly written to me...invaluable as you are just starting out on your journey to have good backup.
I have a great family with grown up kids, and train and show great danes, who really are the babies of the family
