Thanks for your reply. It meant allot to me. I walk as much as I can. I finally got to walk yesterday after 3 days of rain and doctoring my husband who is still in recovery from his major neck surgery. He and I walk together, so if he is having issues, we do not go. I love the walking! It makes me feel ALLOT better.
