  1. Thank you! I ended up getting Centrum VitaCraves, which agree with me, but I'm not sure if they're complete enough. I still want to try liquid vitamins.

  4. weight is coming off, but inches don't really seem to be. boo at that. i'd rather lose inches than pounds.

  5. I would KILL for a salad these days. I'm a little over 2 months out from surgery and I'm trying to wait until the 4th month to have it, but it's so so hard.

  8. Husband made salmon burgers with adobo/spicy mustard aioli and chipotle smashed sweet potatoes for lunch. Of course I could barely eat any, but it was yummo!

  9. I'm currently drinking GNC's Pro Performance AMP - Amplified Wheybolic Extreme 60 cookies 'n cream protein powder mixed with water. So far, so good. It's tasty and I don't feel nauseous yet! Fingers crossed.

  10. You know, I intended to lose weight from the sleeve by eating less, not by eating so fast that I can't keep my food down. I'm gonna have to start eating everything with silverware to help me pace myself. This is my first time tossing my cookies since the surgery and it's no fun at all!

  11. I'm on some kind of cooking jag. Crossover addiction? Last night I made banana/sweet potato bread and whipped honey butter spread. I sent it to work with my husband today so that I wouldn't be tempted to eat it (I tasted though and it was delicious). Tonight I made halibut, tomorrow I think I'll make peanut butter cookies or shepherd's pie. This wouldn't be so odd, except I HATED to cook before surgery.

  14. I ran out of my acid reducers and I feel like I'm starving today! I didn't realize how much of a difference they made. I'm picking up my refill tomorrow.

  15. 38 lbs lost, 39 lbs to go. .5 lbs away from my halfway mark! New mini-goal time: get into 170's by the end of August.

  16. When will I learn? I went into the kitchen to microwave a piece of the crustless low carb pizza I made last night. While I waited, I popped a piece of sushi in my mouth (snacking while making food is an old bad habit of mine). Now I'm full. Pizza goes right back in the fridge.

  17. Making biscuits and strawberry skillet jam for my husband and brother today. I'm not having any, but I'm finding it fun to live vicariously through them. :)

  20. My personal goal for this month is to make it into the 180's. I'm at 190 lbs exactly as of this morning. One more pound and I will have hit my mini goal. Fingers crossed, trying to get my water in.

    I made them without the parmesan cheese, flaxmeal, or onion powder. I used pepper and a tablespoon of panko (which probably wasn't necessary).

  24. Eating yummy tuna patties. Found a recipe for breadless pizza crust. Might make it this weekend.

  25. Fage greek yogurt is 1000x better than Athenos.
