Making biscuits and strawberry skillet jam for my husband and brother today. I'm not having any, but I'm finding it fun to live vicariously through them.

Okay, what the heck? I just took my Bariatric Advantage multi-vitamin and calcium citrate because I've been slacking off and they made me feel immediately nauseous. The most nauseous I've felt since my surgery. No me gusta.

When will I learn? I went into the kitchen to microwave a piece of the crustless low carb pizza I made last night. While I waited, I popped a piece of sushi in my mouth (snacking while making food is an old bad habit of mine). Now I'm full. Pizza goes right back in the fridge.

I ate in a social setting today! I only ate 3-4 total spoonfuls of food and my friends noticed, but I still did it.

I've been dying for a burger, so I ate almost half of a Morningstar Farms veggie patty with american cheese melted on top. I think I overate, plus under-chewed and it is trying to come back to haunt me. Super sad-face. Lesson learned.

38 lbs lost, 39 lbs to go. .5 lbs away from my halfway mark! New mini-goal time: get into 170's by the end of August.

I ran out of my acid reducers and I feel like I'm starving today! I didn't realize how much of a difference they made. I'm picking up my refill tomorrow.

I really think cooking might be my crossover addiction since the surgery. I can't eat, so I feed everyone else. Made pot roast today for the first time for my husband and a bunch of his guy friends. Served it over smashed red potatoes with garlic. The guys finished the entire pot roast (juices, veggies, everything) AND 5 lbs of mashed potatoes in half an hour. They wouldn't shut up about how much they loved it. LOL I might have to start eating meat again. I didn't even get to taste it!

I need to lose 2 more lbs to reach my monthly mini-goal of 2 lbs. Fingers crossed for me, people! I've only got a week left!

Today I did a yoga video and a kickboxing video. I didn't get all the way through either of them, but I still did it! 3 days of exercise in a row!

Going in for an endoscopy tomorrow morning to find out why I'm still gurgling so much. I'm tired of sounding like a weirdo every time I eat. LOL

Can't sit around worrying about what my doctor might tell me on Wednesday. Tonight, I am fine so tonight I'm going to live! Getting all dressed up and going to dance my butt off with my friends!

Yesterday I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my spine and hip. I'm 31 years old. Take care of your bones, ladies.

I wasn't going to announce this because I'm only barely making it, but I hit onederland today. 199.8 lbs. Progress is being made.

Thank you! I ended up getting Centrum VitaCraves, which agree with me, but I'm not sure if they're complete enough. I still want to try liquid vitamins.

I'm on the second week of my pre-op diet and I wanted Mexican food so badly last night that I cried about it. I cried and then I had a diet shake. That's how I know that I can do this. Strong like bull.

I'm on some kind of cooking jag. Crossover addiction? Last night I made banana/sweet potato bread and whipped honey butter spread. I sent it to work with my husband today so that I wouldn't be tempted to eat it (I tasted though and it was delicious). Tonight I made halibut, tomorrow I think I'll make peanut butter cookies or shepherd's pie. This wouldn't be so odd, except I HATED to cook before surgery.
