Thats horrible, my surgeon had me lay flat on table with my legs together and asked me to life my legs slighly,he found it with no problem and it didnt hurt at all and no bruising.

Btw i first had the detour bar in my drs office and couldnt find it anywhere,then one day i was shopping in bjs and they had it.

Alot of people use pure protein bars,i honestly think they are nasty.I use detour caramel and nuts,taste like a snickers.

Im actually having the same problem,not eating enough.Im afraid to up my calories thinking the scale will go up instead of down.can you give suggestions on what you eat .thanxs

Hi all ive been on this sight for a while,have chatted with quite a few, my surg is 12/21 and im so nervous and second guessing everything.I still want this surg but what if i fail and i still dont have the energy to exercise,plz people i need words of wisdom and encouragement. thank you all!!

I panicked over the sleep study,i took benedryl and it took me over an hr or so to fall asleep,it seems i fell asleep she came in at midnight to put the mask on,panicked some more lol went to sleep.was out of there by 630 am and i do have sleep apnea made appy and have my mask and machine,good luck

My surgery is also 12/21 im getting really nervous ,im not a teacher but i take care of special needs children so christmas vacay was perfect for me,good luck on your journey!
