Thats horrible, my surgeon had me lay flat on table with my legs together and asked me to life my legs slighly,he found it with no problem and it didnt hurt at all and no bruising.

Btw i first had the detour bar in my drs office and couldnt find it anywhere,then one day i was shopping in bjs and they had it.

Alot of people use pure protein bars,i honestly think they are nasty.I use detour caramel and nuts,taste like a snickers.

Failed My Sleep Study!!!!

I panicked over the sleep study,i took benedryl and it took me over an hr or so to fall asleep,it seems i fell asleep she came in at midnight to put the mask on,panicked some more lol went to sleep.was out of there by 630 am and i do have sleep apnea made appy and have my mask and machine,good luck -
