Got my first fill on Monday.....it was so painless and easy

18.2 pounds lost in 30 days from pre-op diet....so happy with my results so far

16 days post op and all pain gone!!! Feeling great. Introducing soft foods and so far so good.

11 days post-op and feeling soooo much better!!!

So sick of shoulder pain. Sometimes there is nothing and then sometimes, like last night, it's like someone is stabbing me in my shoulder

Hi. How is recovery going?

Update: day 2 sucked ass, day 3 was better, day 4 so far is so much better. It's hard to believe how quickly the body can heal.

Surgery is over...back at home....off to bed....so far things are going well

Last pre-op visit done.....Surgery on Monday

Got the cheque in my hand to pay for surgery. I had butterflies in my tummy when I left the bank. I think it's actually real now

2 week pre-op diet starts today Did a purge of all the crap food still in my house. Then took a bunch of before pictures in various outfits. I finally feel like this process has started

I will not give up on myself anymore. I created a 4 week plan (2 weeks are basically my pre-op diet) in preparation for surgery

Surgery has been moved up a week.....sweet Now only 5 weeks left.

Oh ya..and my loan was approved :)

Blood work and an ECG done...now it feels like things have started
