    Thanks donali . I'm glad that my journal was helpful to you...it's been quite a ride!!! My arms and thighs aren't too bad. They absorbed pretty well. They certainly aren't wonderful but I don't think I'll need plastic surgery on them to be happy. My belly was just an atrocity that needed to be dealt with! Good luck to you with your own journey .
