So last week I skipped the whole week had a tough week..Hubby is still trying to adjust to my weight loss and its so hard for him to be supportive and not use it against me..didn't work out at all I worked and had school work and was mentally exausted from fighting w hubby..I will start week 3 over again..hope this week is better...I will post any new updates wish me luck..sometimes support just isn't there and its going to take ME to be strong and do this he wonders why do u have to work out surgerys enough..but damn I want to be tight wonder what he's going to think next year when I come out w wanting my tummy tuck..:)


  2. Finally got around to week 5' date=' Day 2 - aka 2 8-min runs without stopping! Surprisingly, I did it. I developed awful stitches by the end of the first interval, though, and they didn't go away til the end of the workout. I powered through! Unfortunately, I must've accidentally pressed something on my iPhone halfway through, and it erased the entire first half of my workout, so I didn't get a readout of my pace! GRRR! I mapped out my route on Gmaps Pedometer and it looks like the first time, I covered around 1 mile in the first 8 minutes and 0.9 mile in the second 8 mins, so I'm pretty happy!

    Question for you guys - have any of you ever done the C25K workouts 2 days in a row? I'm a bit behind on my schedule and my gym's closed til Tuesday, so I figured this long weekend might be a good time to catch up. My next workout is the 20-min unbroken run, so I just wanted to make sure I'm not gonna be burnt out if I do it tomorrow.[/quote']

    Kind of nervous running the 20 minutes I did the eight minutes on day 2 twice cause couldn't believe it jumped to 20 minutes so i will see what to do

    .must be proud I am..very cause 8 minutes was no joke twice

Today I did week 5 day 2..WOW I can say it wasn't easy..8 minutes without stopping wasn't easy..I did weights and am trying to really hit my weak part of my body which are my abs...I really want my bottom of my belly to go away..the 3 c sections and being overweight really got to my stomach trying to fix it by working on my abs or hmmmmmm next year mini mommy makeover...

They want ur money...I would take classes at your gym for free to tone up..total body workout @ LA fitness helped me with yoga weekly, I also like the madonna arm workout on youtube...Don't let assholes like that make u feel any less...Main reason I don't tell anyone ab my. Surgery everyone judges and hates except a few people and the people on this board....if u want a trainer u can look for a private one but honestly classes are just as good...


  5. Okay you guys hows everyone doing? Im on week 5 day 1, i was a little irritated today so I took it out on the treadmill LOL I guess it worked, I can say the music helps alot..I thought I was going to dye but once I got on I was fine..this program really works..First I did 45 of Yoga then ran then some abs, and weights..Today was the first day I was down to 139 Im so happy started at 204..So im excited...138 is my goal but I think im changing it to 128...Whooo Hooo. Know im thinking about a Tummy Tuck cuz since I had kids my tummy is still there and I hate it..What to do. I heard Canada is cheap but I never ever even went to Canada..Any thoughts..And this isnt for another year nothing soon regarding surgury..


  6. I did alot of research and ended up spending a little more for Dr. Aceves. I didnt see anything negative about him, I am down from 204 to 140-142 I move up and down 2 pounds, I did my surgery in August and Im so happy I did it, they treat you so good in the hospital, i wasnt able to make phone calls you can see my blog I believe, I wish I did this years ago...I really do..

  7. berry, yeah. It may be the empty stomach u need it for energy...but I shall see today is my day 2 week 4 so maybe I will have it hard I'm going to try to stick it out mind over body..I will keep u updated seems like we r on same day...


  8. I'm on week 4 day 2...Day 1 wasn't easy but also wasn't to hard..it felt so good to finish strong....Can't believe I'm doing this....

So glad for you..I'm currently doing classes like Zumba, and step abs and bootcamp then I added in the c2k program I'm on week 3 day 1 today...and I thought it was going to kick myass I was sick all last week I did the 3 minutes with out stopping both time...I'm so glad u guys are sticking it out...its very helpful...without the extra weight its a lot easier to run still have around 15 to loose....but last 15 is getting a bit harder..I have time so I'm glad at where I am....
