  1. I was 1.5 years out and in maintenance. I gained 70 pounds while being pregnany. 40 of which was water/baby, but 30 was from food. I never lost it. I am 12 weeks pregnant again. The first trimester I gained 12 pounds the last time. I literally ate all the time because if I didn't I was sick. This time at the 12 week marked I gained 1 pound. So hopefully I don't gain anymore weight/fat just baby and Water. Once you go into maintenance you can gain about 10% back (that is the average) that would have been 18 pounds. So when I drop this baby I am going to have to work hard to get back down to 180. I am 200 now. I was 160!!!! SIZE 6 and 5'11"! I was so skinny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am ok with being at 180. It will just take work. I still have super restriction. It is just the sliders foods...I can eat a whole entire bag of smart food popcorn! But meat...still can only eat a little. I just have to watch what I eat and work out! If I ever can with two kids!!!

  2. I gained 70 pounds while pregnant and only lost 30 of them. Now I am pregnant again. I hope I don't gain to much. I got down to 160. I would like to be 180 so hopefully after this little baby comes I will actually get to work out at some point. I am thinking about quitting my job when baby is six months and taking six months off to move to Florida. SO hopefully I can work out then!

  3. I only weigh myself when I come across a scale :). I weighed 191 on Monday! So it hasn't even been three weeks and I have lost 40! Good news!!! The Water is gone now...so I am thinking I will lose it like I did when I was 190 before...about 4 ponds per month :) will start working out at the three month mark :) me and my boyfriend are going to work out together :) the gym takes babies when they are three months! But my hunger is gone.

  4. I wasn't sad I lost my first one after having no children and trying for 10 years. To each is own. You have kids so I guess you are blessed in that sense. Just had my first...born 5 days ago @ 36 years old! The miscarriage just makes you super paranoid that the next one won't stick. Even at 9 months and 3 weeks if I didn't feel her kick I was listening to heart beat to make sure she was ok!!! That was nerve racking...but she stuck!!! Now I worry about SIDS...but I feel maybe I should just relax and not worry so much. Not everything works out the way you want it. We all lived our lives fat and we didn't want that for sure! But it is what it is. Just keep trying. I am going to go for another one, but if that doesn't work out... I am so f**king beyond fortunate to have my one.

  5. These people posting just had the surgery and are still in the honeymoon phase of it all. You can lose for up to 1.5 years give or take. I would not look at those weight gain as the end all be all. I got pregnant at 1.5 years out from the sleeve and settled into 160 for two months prior to getting pregnant. While I am probably on the high end...I gained 70 pounds. I just had my LO 5 days ago and a significant portion of that weight was water!!!! So yesterday I weighed 206. I believe I will land around 195/198 in the next week as my uterus shrinks and I lose more Water. My appetite is so-so now, but I still have crazy hormones going all over the place. I really want to see where I get to in six weeks. I will post again.

  6. I have a baby girl!!! She was born on 8/9/13! Whoo hoo!!! I probably weighed 230 so a gain of 70 freakin pounds!!! I weighed 206 yesterday and I still have Water weight that I need to get rid of...so let's say I land at 195 in the next week (the water weight was serious)! I will only have 35 to lose! My appetite is gone. I just ate a half of a half of a pretty decent sized egg salad sandwich and I can't take another bite! I am looking at this other half thinking when? I am not going to weigh myself until the 6 week mark :) I have more important things right now! So I will follow up with everyone then! How is everyone doing?

  7. I am pretty chunky again at 9 months I have gained 60!!! Two more weeks to go!!! 39 weeks on Wednesday. I really hate this weight gain, but it seems like I have gained the most out of everyone!!! I can eat a lot more...but it doesn't justify 60!!! I will just have to see what happens after she comes out, but I am not stressing about the weight...I have a baby...my first on the way... Ummmmmm that is stressful enough!!!!

  8. Not sure if this is your first miscarriage but I read a lot of women have a miscarriage the first time around. I had one...I really wasn't devastated because at six weeks it is like the size of a pea...imagine those women who carry to five months or to full term!!!! Chin up! You will get pregnant again!
