I buy all my Vitamins at Walmart. I searched around before surgery and found this to be the cheapest place at least for what I feel I need. The value packs are the best way to go if you are purchasing them at Walmart, that way you get the best bang for you dollar. I take a Calcium, B12, Iron, Biotin, an acid reflux everyday. Plus I think they do offer chocolate calcium chews there as well. I also got a monthly pill holder which i keep on my night stand where I usually always have a glass of Water so I remember to take mine. I was never a pill person before. In fact the idea of taking a pill everyday just seemed crazy, but now that I've gotten into the routine its just habit. Just offering my input, hope this helps.

For whatever your reason, your health can be greatly improved also by choosing to have this surgery which is one of the most important reasons. However, I must agree the clothes thing when losing weight is pretty awesom. Best of luck with your decision.

Seek out help! This is not something that can be done alone or overnight. Encouragement, understanding, and support are needed to battle both extremes of weight diseases. I wish you the best and encourage you not to wait any longer before asking for help.

I know I shouldn't have, but last night I had my first beer since surgery. I am just about 5 months out and I felt just fine. I sipped slowly, burped a bit and enjoyed a cold beer with friends. Life is good. Don't let this decisions about beer be a deal breaker. I promise it was something I was worried about in the beggining, but I would give it all up to be where I am now. This feeling of getting healthy and losing weight is better than an buzz you'll get from drinking a beer. I Promise!!

It's your body, your life, your decisions. Go with what makes you comfortable and make the decision that you can live with. The doctor you choose is there to help guide you and give you their help and expertise in your choices. Choose wisely and do your research, the choice of doctor is very important, but doing what is right for you is the most important decision. Good Luck!

Super NSV!!

I agree with the others. It's your business tell who you feel like telling. It will change down the line how you feel about your surgery. My scars really don't look that bad. Only the one do I notice and its so high and close to my bra line and doubt anyone will ever see it. Even if I ever get the nerve to wear a bikini.

WOW!! Such a great feeling to be free of your own body. I was just saying how much easier it is for me to now get down on the floor to play with my niece. Before, it was like a decision whether or not I really wanted to get down because it was so difficult to get back up. Plus I could barely cross my legs once I did get down there and it was almost painful. Now I play with my little Allison without a thought in my mind about my body not being able to handle getting back up off the floor. WTG!!

Congratulations, the way your working that sleeve onederland is not far off. WTG!!!

It is such a great feeling. I used to be scared of getting down to sit on the floor with my niece. I now can get down, cross my legs, crawl with her and get up without help. Ahh to be free of you own body.

I was just thinking about this the other day. It's crazy! I can feel them and sort of notice them now. Also its great how low my necklace has begin to hang. Before I could have never seen the pendant and know I can. Woohoo!!
