i haven't been to an "in person" support group. Is it something we all should do? Congratulations on your surgury. Are you feeling better this week?

I know you are thrilled with your progress. You're right; plateaus are in the picture, but stay active. Congratulations!

Do some walking, too, if you feel like it. My husband and I would go to the mall and I would walk - slowly at first, but I got better. It will help with the gas pains. Best of luck. Keep me posted.

I go in for my second adjustment this Tuesday. They did not do one the first time I was scheduled for one. I was told I was doing fine. All is well. I do a lot of water aerobics and water walking. Those are my favorite exercises. I don't mind sweating, but I don't want to KNOW I'm sweating. You don't know how much you're sweating when you're in the water

Went in for my first adjustment this week, but they did not do one. The PA felt that everything is really good the way it is. When going in for one of the adjustments, I have to drink something that will show up on a machine as it goes through my esophagus and then into the smaller area of my stomach and on into the larger area. It was interesting to see the stomach(s) in action as the liquid moved.

I had my surgery one month ago tomorrow. I have lost 14 lbs, and am happy with that. As long as I am going down instead of going up, I consider it a success. Dr. Enochs thinks I will continue to lose about .5 lbs a week. Sounds really good
