Finally taking the plunge after decades of yo-yo dieting and hundreds of pounds lost and regained. Met with the surgeon and the nutritionist on 5/23/11. I need 6 months of pre-op dieting and counseling before the operation to satisfy the insurance company. Plan to visit here often for advice and support. I will be glad to offer the same when I have a little experience under my belt.
