    1. This is so exciteing, i am 8 weeks out , feel great, the pain in my leggs and feet are gone, blood pre is down, just starting to get some energy, everyone has a different journey, sip sip sip, and believe me dont take that 3rd bite you will be sorry ...........good luck and god bless the sleeve saved my life literally.

  1. Ground meat is not a mushie, believe me when i tell you i am only 24 days out and there is no way you will be able to eat any of that, you will be lucky to eat 2 tablespoons of anything and maybe not even that , i can barely eat 1 or 2 tablespoons, and most of it comes right back up if i dont slow down and chew more, i am learning that now, dont get me wrong i am learning to love my sleeve , its a whole new way of life, slow slow slow, and sip sip sip, and they really mean it, yeah i had the 1st week of omg what the hell did i do to myself, the cryying the wineing, now i am in learning mode i can look at food and know if i eat that i might as well stand next to the trash can............i wish you luck but be careful what you put in that new sleeve its a baby.

  2. OMG i am in the same boat as all of you i have been at a stand still for a week, and i am 3 weeks out myself, but its ok because i have read on here 100 times we are at the 3 week stall, and as far as eatting , i know i need to slow down, if i take 1 more bite it comes right back up, i threw up maybe 5 days in a row, not for eatting to much , i was eatting to fast, i need to SLOW down............................

  3. I was sleeved on aug 30th , so it has been 2 weeks, yes i went through the 1st week of ahhhhhhhhh really, did i really do this to myself, but wow in 2 weeks i am a new woman, anyway day 8 comes and my surgon calls to tell me that i have cancer, its called gist, they found it on the outside of my old tummy when she pulled it out, they are pretty sure it was not in the shedding stage, and it was very small in the 1st stage so now i am off to the cancer clinic on the 23rd, i am praying that it was the only one, so what i want to say is the sleeve saved my life..............they said it would of never been found had i not had the sleeve, and that would not have been good..

  4. OHHHHHHH i am getting worried, i start school full time on the 29th and surgery the 30th , my plan is to be back to school and work in 1 week, i usually bounce back pretty easily, and i do understand that everyone is different, i am actually missing my 1st week of school and havent been in 30 years and jumping in full time, i am really starting a new life, wish me luck........................

  5. I have taken so much **** for telling one person i was having surgery everyone thinks i am taking the easy way out, or they tell me their opinion, when i am the one who has gone to see my nut and the diet, and they already know everything i cannot tell them any thing they know more than my Dr, and my surgeon, so i just shake my head and listen and if i even try to teach them anything they have more information then i do so thy think................

  6. Wow that was a great question, seeing how i am built like Barney Rubble, i am 4.11 and have worn a 7.5 sence i have had my children, and i am also a shoe *****, i will cry when i have to get rid of 80 pair of shoes and boots, but in the end it will all be worth it, i cannot waite 12 more days....................
