Good luck with your approval process! BCBS of WNY was wonderful with me! I was sleeved 8/2 by Dr. Pham at Sisters Hospital. I got a HUGE bill from the anesthesiologist that scared the daylights out of me, but one phone call cleared it up. They were wonderful. I got a case manager that was very attentive. Hope you get approval and that all goes well. ~Jane
