I just got the lap band on wed. And I'm going on vacation on the 10th to a waterpark. I sure would like to swim!! I see the dr on the 6th I hope I get a thumbs up

I just have to tell you that you are an insperation for me personally. By the way, you said something about having loose skin around your stomach, can that be prevented in any way?

I will be having the lapband procedure on June 1st. I am nervous and I don't know exactly what to expect. I haven't met with the dietician yet or had any type of pre-op. Anyone have any advice on what I will be looking forward to?
