  1. Thanks for the update. Sounds like everything is going just the way it sould. Keep up the good work.
  2. That is so funny it sounds like my sleep study only the place I had it at was very nice room with atttached bathroom and shower. It was just like a hotel they gave juice and snack. I had to go back for a 2nd night because I did not sleep long enough the 1st nigth. It was oh so much fun.
  3. I know it is scary and we all feel that way but I did not think it was that bad. I had a button that I could push if needed and it worked. About 5 hours after surgery I was up and walking around. I even went home the next day and was given pain meds but did not take them. I am not saying that it did not hurt but it was not something I could not handle. When all is said and done you will be happy you had the surgery.

  6. I am looking for a good dance workout video/DVD. Any recommendation. Do they have good music to dance too?
  7. I told everyone in my office. Let them talk. Some have questions and even follow some of the things I have learned and shared. I do not care f they like it or not. I have nothing to hide.

  10. Welcome!!! I was taking metformin and actos for my diabetes. I was sleeved on May 19th 2010, and have not had to take any medication at after the surgery.

  15. That was a good question and thanks everyone for the replies. I have been wondering the same thing. Today I am 2 months out I was a 22/24 and they were getting tight in tops and 18/20 in pants and now I am a 18/20 in tops and a 16 in pants. I do not want to buy stuff just to wear for a week or 2.

  22. I just want to wish you good luck with the surgery, and soon you will not have to worry about these things anymore.
  23. Not sure why they are different, but I was on 2 week clear pre op and post op I was 1 week clear, 1 week full liq, 1 week mushey, 1 week soft, then reg food.
