  2. Welcome and I hope that you hear that you have been approved. I know how you feel I also started my process in Jan and had all kinds of doctor appointments and was waiting to hear from insurance. so Good luck.
  3. Today is day 4 for me also. I have only taken liquid tylenol for the last 2 days. My back is also killing me. When I move it feels like my insides are moving around. There is more room in there. I still get pains but I am not getting all my liquids in and no protein at all. I am glad to hear that we all have the same pains.

  5. Good luck with the diet it is hard but can be done. I also had to do a 2 week clear liquid. Stay strong.
  6. Thanks everyone. Everything went well had a lot of pain after surgery but it get's better everyday.

  8. They gave me Hydrocodone bitartrate with acetaminnophen but said to try not to use it. I tried it but can not stand how it taste so I have been taking liquid audlt tylenol.

  12. Everyone on the loser bench move over I have been sleeved. I was sleeved Wednesday late afternoon. I came home last night about 9pm. I am still in a lot of pain but am ok and walking a lot. I have not been getting my liquids in yet but am trying.:thumbup1:

  17. I just wanted to say congrats and good luck with these big steps you are taking.
  18. My doctor said not to used a straw for the first week or so. this is what they sent me in an email. No caffeine, carbonation or straws during the first few weeks after surgery. Carbonation will hurt, caffeine will dehydrate you and straws will cause fluid to come in rapidly and it will also allow excess air into your stomach (Ouch!).

  21. Tomorrow at 1:30 pm I will be sleeved. I am a mess today all kinds of emotions running through me. I am so excited, worried, anxious every emotion just name it I am feeling it. Today is not going to go by fast enough for me. I still have to pack today oh I hope I can sleep tonight.:thumbup1:
