Thanks for checking in on me hun Sorry not been around, just busy with overtime at work and just started an Indian Head Massage home study diploma which I'm loving! 2lb to goal now, seems to be dropping about a lb every 2 months or so still apart from the odd blip when I eat junk! Hey honey Thanks for the message. Feeling pretty good thanks. Managed a 40 minute walk to and from the Dr just now to have my stitches out and noticed my jumper is getting loose! Yay! The indigestion seems to have calmed down a lot too.
