I'm doing well! How about you? sorry I went MIA...been trying to heal and keep my head above water in my class too! How are you doing? I'm having a little bit of a hard time with head hunger this week. I think it will be better once I can have more than liquids next week...hopefully starting tomorrow. Tell me about you!?

I'm doing well golf buddy! I've lost a little over 6 lbs so far. I'm mostly liquid diet. I get two small high protein meals a day and it is a good thing too, I think, because I've already dropped my calorie intake by at least 1000 cal dropping soda. Good luck on your surgery. Not long now. I'm not sure exactly when my surgery is now. It was planned for July 21st but I just changed my mind and am having VSG instead of lap band. I'm hoping to just move it to the 22nd when my doctor does that procedure. Im very excited about starting a new chapter in my life and look forward to seeing all of us July peoples progres...
