Been doing great with the pre-op diet. I have lost about 14 lbs already and it feels great. Just went and did all the pre-op blood work and chest x-ray and got my surgery time. It is official Oct. 13 @ 8:30!! WOW.. I am so excited and anxious now!! I can't wait to see the difference a year will make!!

Waiting to find out if I will be scheduled to have my surgery on the 13th of October!!! Hate this waiting game and really hate that the doctors office seems to drag their feet to get me answers!!

OKay....I havent been on here in a good while. Had a bump in my plans on getting surgery in August. Doctors!! We had to wait almost an entire month for 1 doctor to send his report so that the paperwork could get turned in to theinsurance company. Now I am on the post-op diet. Insurance and myself are waiting for a surgery date. Hopefully it will be the first of October.

Just had my first visit to the doctors office. Now it's time to get all the test and requirements filled to get to the surgery date. Everything seems to be moving along. I just cant wait to hear "date of surgery is" then my new journey can begin.
