Starting to exercise more.

The EXCITEMENT is BUILDING!!

Today is a better day....got a shake down and no problems!! YEAH!!

TODAY is the BIG DAY!!!

Trying to get motivated in doing my exercises. I know I can DO IT!!

Ugh....I feel like I could eat everything and anything. I need a fill!! Gotta wait till the 9th. I haven't lost any weight but now I have moved on to other foods. Soon solids!!

Waiting to find out if I will be scheduled to have my surgery on the 13th of October!!! Hate this waiting game and really hate that the doctors office seems to drag their feet to get me answers!!

You truely are an inspiration to us all. You have given me a look at my future. You have done an amazing job. You should have a page giving diet and exercise information for helping all us get to where you are. I know I am always looking for information.
