hello everyone, today is my one week mark and i am down 10lbs, so excited had a rough few days right after due to nausea, but after i left the hospital it has been great. Can anyone help me with suggestion menus, i know six small meals, or does that change, not sure and really could use some help. Thanks

ok, just got the call i have to be at the hospital at 9:30 hey we go so nervous.!

i have my surgery date set, july 25 i am waiting for the call to tell me what time to be at the hospital monday morning.

OK, finally have my surgery date july 25th, so excited!!!! i think my nerves will get the best of me yet.. anyone know how to post the tracker information, i would love to post it but i am not sure how. Have a great day everyone.
