  2. So today is my third day post op. I feel so much better today. I weighed this morning and I am already down from a bmi of 36 to 33. That's because I'm short. But, I've done this many times before. I usually reach a plateau and give up before I reach goal and come right back up the scale, plus some.   3. So, tomorrow is my big day! Expecting to be free of many health problems soon!

  4. The needle on the scale finally moved a little. My next goal is to get into the overweight range instead of obese.

  5. Went to Hula Hoop class Wednesday. Trying to do a little everyday. Also got my Cyberbike for the Wii. I am a cartoon person riding on a cartoon trail. It is fun.

  6. Worked out with Kettle Bell for 18 minutes. It wasn't bad considering my history of hating exercise.
