So today is my third day post op. I feel so much better today. I weighed this morning and I am already down from a bmi of 36 to 33. That's because I'm short. But, I've done this many times before. I usually reach a plateau and give up before I reach goal and come right back up the scale, plus some. The needle on the scale finally moved a little. My next goal is to get into the overweight range instead of obese.

Went to Hula Hoop class Wednesday. Trying to do a little everyday. Also got my Cyberbike for the Wii. I am a cartoon person riding on a cartoon trail. It is fun.

Worked out with Kettle Bell for 18 minutes. It wasn't bad considering my history of hating exercise.
