  1. Getting near the 120's. YEA!!!!

  2. I am no longer obese! I am now overweight. I never thought I would be happy to be overweight before.

  3. Had a small unfill yesterday, then went to doc and had steroids and antibiotics for sinus infection. Feeling a little better.

  4. Good job getting the ticker up so quickly. Great progress already on the weight loss.

  5. Do today is the seventh day of a cold. I finally ate the first solid meal in four days. I ate 1/2 cup of chicken salad and it feels fine. Yea, time to get back on track.

  6. I lost 1 pound this last month. I have had one stuck episode so I was afraid to get another fill. The PA wanted to give me a .2 cc fill because I haven't lost weight, but I was afraid of the stuck episodes so I got .1 cc.

  7. Lost 1 pound in three weeks. Had a fill of .6cc bringing to 5.6cc. 1 pound lost is better than one gained.

  8. 79 days since surgery. I'm really getting tired of losing less than a pound a week.

  9. Finally below 160 pounds and into the 150's. The last fill seems to have made the difference also. I have 5cc's in my 10cc band.

  10. Had a fill yesterday and I'm on liquids today. Also I finally lost another pound. I'm 1/3 of the way to goal. YEA!

  11. The needle on the scale finally moved a little. My next goal is to get into the overweight range instead of obese.

  12. Went to Hula Hoop class Wednesday. Trying to do a little everyday. Also got my Cyberbike for the Wii. I am a cartoon person riding on a cartoon trail. It is fun.

  13. Can Hula Hoop for 100 rotations. Getting better.

  14. I didn't have a slippage. I am doing well and uneventful so far. Getting hungry again, but trying to keep my eating down.

  15. Made a hula hoop last night. Is it the magic bullet? I don't think so. Now I have to learn to keep it up and going. :-)

  16. Worked out with Kettle Bell for 18 minutes. It wasn't bad considering my history of hating exercise.

  17. Glad you didn't have to have it removed. Good ending to a bad story :-)

  19. My port is getting more painful instead of less. Maybe it's because the swelling is going down? I am getting hungrier the last couple of days. I'm also tired all the time. My BP meds are cut in half since surgery and I have a normal BP. I think I'm just not used to it yet.

  20. Ate out again today. I went to Boston Market and ate off my son'ts plate. I had a little meatloaf and sweet potatoes. Did well.

  21. Going shopping for lowfat Quiche today. I'm still afraid of food after the day of pain.

  22. I just realized I can eat some solid foods. I am starting at the gym today. Starting with the stationary bike and walking track. Three weeks post op.

  23. 2 week checkup with the surgeon. I can eat mushies now!

  24. I'm so excited!!! I'm driving and getting out of the house today. This will be my first day to drive.
