    Congrats!!! I also just started the process. I have United, which does not cover and BCBS, which will cover at 100%. I have my nutritionist consult and bloodwork, EKG, etc., next Wednesday. My psych consult is next Thurs. I'll have my PCP recommendation letter by then too and will be ready to submit to insurance. I AM SO EXCITED!!
